Make another INFORMED DECISION!

This is your 2017 annual enrollment letter from your local agent, Sonia Ashford! Hopefully you continue to be in the RightFit with your Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C), or Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan (Medigap Plan) &/or Prescription Drug Plan (Part D) for the incoming year. Please note there may be updates to your plan effective January 1, 2017. While many will find they want to let their plan renew automatically, those who choose to enroll in a different plan have from October 15 through December 7, 2016 to do so.

How might you determine YOUR RightFit for 2017 ?!? **

1.READ your 2017 Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) upon receipt. You’ll find:
a.Formulary – list of prescription drugs & their tiers.
b.Changes to benefits and costs.
c.Provider participation which is addressed in general. See #3 below, please.

2.CONFIRM that your prescription medications will continue to be covered.
a.Look up your drugs & their tier levels (formulary, on-line, customer service)
b.Insurance companies may delete &/or add prescription medications.
c.Insurance companies may change the cost share, up or down.

3.TALK with your providers & pharmacists regarding their 2017 plan participation. Many of you will already be in the RightFit for 2017 and no further action is required for your plan to renew automatically. If, however, there are concerns, please reach out. Many of you prefer using email and that is one of the most efficient methods to receive service. However you choose to reach out, please remember to state your concern so that I may prepare before we connect.

For those of you who have complimented my work with referrals, thanks again!!! Your partnership with and support of your local, independent business owner is appreciated!
Wishing health and peace for all,

Sonia Ashford
